Overview
Successfully completed fit-out project in Swansea of an existing warehouse facility, where new offices, canteen & toilet facilities, production areas and warehouse storage were required.
Works comprised of demolition, jumbo stud partitionining, M&E, rapid roller shutters, bespoke joinery, ESD floor paint, decoration, floor finishes, office furniture and external landscaping. A great team effort by all involved and one happy client.
Trefoil were great! Our project came in on budget and on time. The team were pro-active, friendly and helpful. They accommodated last minute changes and provided extremely helpful advice which meant a stress-free project. We look forward to using them on another project.
